(the "site"), please read the following terms and disclaimer carefully. This Agreement
(the "Agreement") is an agreement between you and About Your Time, LLC ("AYT"
or "we") that states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Site. If you
do not agree with all of the terms and conditions, do not use the Site.
By using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

AYT may from time to time make changes to its Site, policies and the terms and conditions governing your
use of the Site. Any change will be posted and your continued use of the Site following any such
change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the policies, terms and conditions,
as changed. If any provision or part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable,
such holding shall in no way affect the validity of the remainder of this Agreement. Any waiver
by us of any term or condition applicable to your use of this website shall not in any instance
be deemed or construed to be a waiver of such term or condition for the future.
Copyrights, Trademarks and other Intellectual Property Rights

icons, and images, is the property of AYT and AYT owns the copyrights and trade dress rights
in the content, the selection, arrangement and compilation thereof.
BusyBodyBook® and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks of AYT or otherwise proprietary
to AYT and may not be used by you for any reason, including, but not limited to those described
below, other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement. All other trademarks, service marks,
product names, and company names or logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective
owners and you do not acquire any ownership rights in such marks, logos, or names by using
this Site.
You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing the trademarks without
the express written consent of AYT. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble
any software, not to insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the Site in any
way that affects the user's experience or otherwise, and not to use any data mining, data
gathering or extraction method.
AYT grants you a limited revocable and non-exclusive license to make personal use of the Site. The
license permits you to download and save a single copy of pages on this website for your own
personal and non-commercial use, but no right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or
software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not
reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative

the Site so long as the link does not portray AYT, its affiliates, or their products in a

User Comments, Feedback and other Submissions
All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered in
connection with your use of the Site shall be and remain the property of AYT. Such disclosure,
submission or offer shall constitute an assignment to AYT of all worldwide rights, titles and
interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in such comments,
feedback, suggestions, ideas and other submissions.
Accuracy of Information
While we have made every effort to provide accurate information and to display as accurately as
possible the colors and/or graphics of our products that appear on the Site, we cannot warrant

Warranty/Disclaimer of Liability

WITH RESPECT TO ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE.
AYT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS PROVIDED BY THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, OR
THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE OR EMAILS SENT TO YOU BY AYT ARE FREE FROM
VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
NEITHER AYT NOR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR MEMBERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY
KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF
OR IN CONNECTION WITH AYT'S PRODUCTS OR THE USE OFTHE SITE.
THESE LIMIATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT,
WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY OR TORT, AND SHALL SURVIVE ANY SALE COMPLETED WITH YOU AND THE EXPIRATION
OR TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AYT against all damages, claims, liability, costs,
and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of violation of
any of the provisions of this Agreement by you.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The Site is created and controlled by About Your Time, LLC in the State of New Jersey. The laws of
the State of New Jersey will govern any dispute arising out of the Site, including this Agreement,
without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. In the event of any dispute
concerning the use of the Site or AYT's products, you consent to and agree that any state or federal
court in Essex County, New Jersey shall have personal and subject matter jurisdiction over you and
this Agreement; that New Jersey has the most significant contacts with the use of this Site, to the
exclusion of any other state; and that any legal dispute brought by either of us relating to AYT's
products or the use of this Site will be instituted in Essex County, New Jersey.
